Telesales Team Leader GBP40,000 starting salary Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 25 days holiday plus 8 bank Holidays POST- are working with a leading professional services business based in Bradford City Centre who are looking for an exceptional Telesales Team Leader to manage a fast growing team of Internal Sales Executives. The Telesales Team Leader will train, motivate and manage the team of Internal Sales Executives, helping to grow the Company rsquo;s new business function by ensuring consistent achievement to set targets and KPI rsquo;s. The Internal Sales Executive role is a 100% B2B, sales focused position, responsible for booking appointments with corporate prospects for the team of New Business Executives (NBEs) to attend, with a view to converting the prospect to a client. Job Role * Liaise with New Business Executives to discuss updates, plans and targets * Correctly qualify companies and ensure reaching decision makers * Influence and convince prospects to meet with a NBE by delivering a professional sales pitch discussing services and products * Provide prospects with required information in professional format with a view of services and company history * Build relationships with the decision makers, diarising call backs and cancellations * Continuously update and maintain the company CRM with accurate information * Update the NBEs calendar with all new meetings and meeting cancellations * Ensure all booked meetings have relevant recordings attached and regularly assess compliance of team calls * Management and development of the existing and growing teams of Internal Sales Executives, including but not limited to monthly one to ones, performance management reviews, Employee Relations cases etc. * Work closely with the Senior Management team to strengthen and further develop the Internal Sales department * To direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales performance * Provide full training, development and support to all team members * Monitor and manage employee absenteeism * Monitor and manage the teams annual leave entitlements * Ensure yourself and your team adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures Skills Essential * Personable with excellent communication skills ndash; both written and verbal * Strong motivational skills * Ability to work to deadlines/targets for self and others * Ability to work on own initiative * Self-motivated and target driven * Confident and resilient with the ability and the desire to sell * Ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects and colleagues * Excellent sales and negotiation skills * Excellent planning/organisational skills * Conscientious, hard-working and self-disciplined * Strong team player * B2B Tele-sales experience * Experience of training and managing a tele-sales team If you are interested in this role, please apply ASAP or contact Emma Sayles at POST- for more details.
