Job Title:Plant Foreman Fitter Salary: GBP 40,000 : GBP 45,000 per annum Location: Walsall Hours: Monday : Friday, Day Shift Are you an experienced heavy plant professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dedicated Heavy Plant Foreman to join our team and take on a key leadership role in our depot. This position offers an amazing opportunity for development and growth within the company. Responsibilities: : Spend 80 of your time on the tools, providing hands:on support and guidance to engineers in the maintenance and repair of heavy plant machinery. :Routine maintenance of range of plant machinery :Repairs as necessary to ensure equipment is fit for purpose :Support the depot manager by handling administrative duties, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. : Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the depot. Qualifications: :A full UK Driving licence : Proven experience in heavy plant maintenance and repair. : Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior engineers. : Excellent organizational and communication skills. : Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the plant industry. : Ability to balance hands:on work with administrative responsibilities.
