Office Based Mechanical Project Manager This is a role with a mid-sized M E contractor who operate in the Education, Commercial, Leisure Residential markets on projects up to GBP5m. Office Based Mechanical Project Manager ndash; Role Structure This is an office based role working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Understanding design issues and being able to close them out. * Understanding of commercial financial implications with final sign off lying with the Senior Operations Manager * Using the main contractors information platforms like 4P Bim360. * Issuing RFI rsquo;s and closing out. * Understanding of equipment schedules so tech sub rsquo;s can be issued and actioned. * Producing standard programmes. * Reviewing client documentation and actioning. * Understanding of the procurement process. * You rsquo;ll be handling variations on projects so you will need to be able to gather the information and put together variations. * You will be setting up project information folders * You will need to be flexible in your approach to the role as you will be managing multiple projects at the same time. The Company you will be working for: The company in question turnover circa GBP15m and have been operating for 30 years delivering projects across the Home Counties London. What Qualifications and Experience you will need: * Mechanical qualifications in building services construction * 2 years experience as a project manager minimum * Previous experience delivering projects GBP2m - GBP5m * Previous experience delivering commercial, residential or education projects * SMSTS * First Aid What your Compensation will be: The company are open to permanent or freelance members of staff offering GBP50,000 - GBP60,000.
