Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Strategic Sales Planning: * In conjunction with the MD assess research and develop insights, determine priorities, and set targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth in the Wholesale and Foodservice sector. * Prioritise products and customers to drive profitable sales quickly. Customer Relationship Management: * Utilise existing network to identify immediate opportunities and deliver quick wins. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Product Development * Identify market opportunities and gaps in product offerings. * Work collaboratively with the product development team to create solutions that meet market needs and customer demands. Market Analysis Reporting: * Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. * Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis. Collaboration Coordination * Work closely with marketing, finance, procurement and supply chain to ensure alignment of company goals and seamless customer service. Education Experience (Years) Bachelor rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Foodservice industry. Additional training in sales, marketing, or product development is a plus. Attributes Experience Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
