About the role Join our dynamic Customer Care team Were seeking an accomplished Account Manager at Barbour EHS to champion our customers and maximize their service experience. Key Duties: * Manage a wide variety of accounts and be their first point of contact * Achieve your targeted renewal rate * Support your customers by providing training on how to use the service, supporting them with tasks, troubleshooting any issues and answering their queries * Keep in regular contact with your customers to help you monitor changes in their business or usage so you can respond accordingly and support them best * Offer and sell additional modules : whether to the current subscriber, or to other sites or divisions within their business What you will need: Essential * You will be an experienced account manager with a proven sales track record and a strong understanding of the sales process * Experienced in managing accounts remotely by Teams calls, including training and selling * Exceptional questioning technique to ensure you understand your clients needs so you can best advise and support on our products * Working on your own initiative * Self:motivated and driven * A good team player working within an established and successful team * Excellent organisational skills, good IT skills and a good understanding of using Microsoft Office * Experience using a CRM system * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Desired * A good understanding of solution selling and/or a background in information sales * Previous experience using Salesforce Why join us?
