Registered manager nurse qualified

We are working in partnership with a provider of a residential service and have a permanent opportunity for a Registered Manager based in Northamptonshire. If successful, you will be leading a 19-bedded residential service, which supports individuals with an acquired brain injury (ABI), including traumatic brain injury (TBI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs). This is a permanent, full time role. Alongside countless benefits and progression opportunities, our client is paying up to GBP68,000 per annum. Essential Criteria: * Qualified Nurse with a valid PIN * Must have a relevant care qualification - QCF Level 5 As a Registered Manager your main responsibilities will include: * To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care. * To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users. * To manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the service, and maintain high levels of occupancy. * To be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. * To provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users.
