Job Title: Receptionist Location: Southern Hill Hospital, Cooks Hill, Gimingham, Mundesley, Norfolk, NR11 8ET Rate of Pay: GBP11 per hour ( GBP22,880 Per Year) Hours of Work: 40 hrs a week, permanent role Shift pattern: Two week rota: Week 1 Mon/Tue Sat/Sun Week 2 Wed/Thur/Fri 7.30am-8pm Working as a Receptionist at Southern Hill Hospital your duties will include the following: * To respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner, making sure manual and electronic records are maintained. * Maintain accurate and complete records for residents and staff members confidentially in line with the company rsquo;s policies and procedures. * Dealing with telephone calls effectively from staff, doctors, social workers, family members and other professionals. * Liaising with head office staff accordingly. * Maintain an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements. * Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times * Continual Personal Development to develop oneself and the role. * In addition to these tasks, employees may at times be asked to carry out other reasonable duties as required by the service. Service Information: Southern Hill Hospital has 44 mental health beds across four units, as well as a 5 bed Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The Hospital is able to offer a 24 hour acute admission within a safe and secure environment.
