Costs draftsperson

Our client, a market-leading national insurance law firm, is looking for a costs draftsperson to join its growing team in Bolton. Our client is one of the country’s leading insurance litigation law firms and routinely represents household-name insurer clients. While it has offices across the UK, it is headquartered in the North West – so you’ll be at the centre of the action. The right candidate with at least two years’ experience in a costs role, with previous experience of client liaison and of preparing points of dispute. In the role, you’ll be drafting and negotiating budgets, drafting points of dispute and negotiating costs settlements for a varied caseload of settle RTA/EL/PL matters, including abuse, clinical and professional negligence.
