A unique opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to be part of developing a contemporary kitchen with Michelin Star Chef Mark Poynton We are seeking a Sous Chef that is creative, composed, committed and very well organised to join and lead their team : and only a 3.5 day week As a Sous Chef , you will need to have creative flair and Be PassionateThursday to Saturday lunch and dinner : Sunday lunch only with occasional private events on Wednesdays. Working with a small team you will need to be confident in running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
