You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world:class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well:being **To be considered for this you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin or an ODP registered with the HCPC** As a Theatre Scrub Practitioner your key responsibilities include: * Prepare and maintain a sterile field during urological surgical procedures, demonstrating meticulous attention to aseptic techniques * Demonstrate advanced proficiency in a wide range of urological procedures, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of surgical techniques and instrumentation * Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in urological surgery * Possess comprehensive knowledge of urological surgical instruments and equipment * Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other members of the surgical team to optimise patient outcomes * Advocate for the well:being and safety of patients throughout the perioperative process, ensuring a patient:cantered approach * Adhere rigorously to hospital policies, protocols, and guidelines to maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: * A proven track record and passion for urological procedures * A commitment to upholding our hospitals exacting standards of excellence in surgical care * Dedication to patient advocacy, providing compassionate care and support throughout the perioperative journey * Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with surgeons, anaesthetists, and fellow team members The successful Theatre Scrub Practitioner will receive an excellent salary GBP41,886.45 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
