Arcade Engineer : Visitor Attraction Salary A GBP 25,000 : A GBP 30,000+ Location: Essex Are you mechanically inclined with a knack for electronics? My client is seeking an Arcade Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the arcade attractions and ensuring an exceptional experience for guests during peak seasons. Role Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with senior engineers and report to the Head of Coin Op Services * Service and maintain electronic arcade equipment. * Conduct fault diagnosis and testing of electronic components * Install and maintain amusement machines. * Perform planned preventative maintenance. * Respond promptly to breakdowns and communicate effectively with stakeholders. * Demonstrate commitment, motivation, and a keen eye for detail. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Experience with electronic arcade equipment is desirable. * Proficiency in fault diagnosis and testing of electronic components * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Flexible schedule with availability for weekend shifts * Proficient PC skills and report writing abilities. * Previous experience with vending machines or similar equipment is advantageous.
