Duties: Daily planning and routing for the company #39;s drivers. Handling administrative and legal compliance for the fleet. Issuing Site Safety Instructions to all visiting drivers. Maintaining communication with customers, suppliers, and legal entities. Collaborating with the Transport Manager on vehicle operations. Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders as necessary. Participating in meetings to represent fleet operations. Requirements: Previously worked as a Fleet Operations Coordinator or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organisational and time management capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must possess a full UK driving licence.
