Job description Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Housing Association to recruit Multi Trade Operative - undertaking works across Hackney. The Role: This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties. Duties: * Carpentry * Basic Plumbing * Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works * Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens * Patch Plastering * Snagging Works * Logging works via PDA * Liaising with customers, clients, and staff Company Benefits: * Company Van * Fuel Card * Trade Card * Power Tools Candidate Requirements * Full UK Driver rsquo;s Licence * Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential * 2+ years rsquo; experience within a similar trade role Working Hours * Monday ndash; Friday * 36 Hours Per Week * Lunch Break Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract Pay: GBP25.00 per hour
