You #39;ll be working in a vibrant environment alongside a friendly and engaging team of professionals. Providing office administrative services to support the whole team. Key Responsibilities * Answering phones/taking messages. * General typing for various types of documents from mostly hand-written notes. * Shredding/copying. * Updating spreadsheets. * Archiving folders. * Office Fire Marshal ndash; formal training will be provided. We are interested to hear from locally based administrators who are reliable, punctual, with a mature, friendly lsquo;can-do rsquo; attitude. Naturally you will have good communication skills, be organised, able to hop from task to task quickly and can demonstrate excellent grammar/spelling and typing skills. Applications from candidates with a loyal employment history will be given priority. Salary Up to GBP25,000 per annum with a discretionary annual bonus.
