OPPORTUNITY FOR A QUANTITY SURVEYOR TO WORK WITH A DEVELOPER - SITE BASED HARROW - PAYING UP TO GBP65,000 PLUS BENEFITS An exciting opportunity has come up to work with a stable London Developer who is looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor within their team. With multiple regions within London, they are pushing to reach a GBP600 Million turnover within the next year and have a strong pipeline of projects live and kicking off in London. Within London they typically target major schemes consisting housing, high rise apartment blocks and Commercial/leisure with most of their schemes being more than GBP50 Million. Our client is a name in the market who are known for looking after their staff and not being an aggressive long hour Developer. They have the right balance of offering a flexible, honest environment whilst being supportive with their employees #39; career ambitions. As a growing business, they are looking for strong individuals that can support this growth and push on with the business. As Quantity Surveyor, you will base yourself on Site in harrow and be responsible for procuring and managing multiple packages. You will be working on a major development consisting of around 600 units of residential. This role is to work within the team where you will report into the Commercial Manager on site. For this role, our client is looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious and has a proven track record working on a residential scheme in London with a Contractor or Developer.
