We actively partner with law enforcement and security organizations around the globe to disrupt bad actors who are using malware, phishing scams, IP abuse, technology-facilitated child exploitation, tech support fraud, and other means to target our customers. We ensure that governments who are requesting data from Microsoft in support of their criminal investigations through legal orders follow due process, striking a balance between fighting cybercrime and protecting customer data. We provide solutions to demonstrate that Microsoft is in compliance with cybersecurity practices in support of government and industry customers. As part of the CST Reliability and Quality team, you will work with other engineers and stakeholders to design, build, and modernize critical innovative and scalable tools using cutting-edge strategies and state-of-the-art cloud technologies. You will also be diving deep into the applications and their functionality to understand and improve customer experience. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating secure, stable, scalable and reliable solutions, leveraging cloud computing to build capabilities to enable our business stakeholders in executing on our shared vision. Key Responsibilities: bull;Leads efforts to identify the scope of testing to create a quality plan for a product. bull;Drives efforts to consider scenarios to identify telemetry coverage, performance tracking, and quality areas that should be monitored to examined increases and drops in relevant data. bull;Drives processes and automation to Improve overall reliability and quality of our technology suite through continuous testing bull;Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure new releases and functionality meet or exceed the quality bar. bull;Establish and analyze product metrics and KPIs to improve the overall user experience and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts. bull;Improve overall reliability and quality of our technology suite through building core observability capabilities and driving modernization initiatives. Qualifications: bull;7+ years of experience developing software. bull;Solid coding, design and debugging skills using programming language like C#, Java, JavaScript, Python,node.js and React. bull;Curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and collaborate to improve yourself and your teammates. bull;Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt and prioritize in fast paced environment. bull;Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others. bull;Passion to learn new technologies and architect innovative cloud-based solutions to challenging problems. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: bull;Practical experience with containers, PaaS/SaaS software engineering, distributed systems engineering. bull;Experience building reliable, scalable, and secure services, and user interfaces using modern DevOps practices. bull;Multi-project, end-to-end experience across a wide spectrum of cloud services and technologies like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. bull;Working knowledge of modern engineering best practices, including automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment/monitoring for cloud services. bull;Proven commitment to fostering a strong DevOps culture. bull;Establish and analyze product metrics and KPIs to improve the overall user experience and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts. bull;Improve overall reliability and quality of our technology suite through building core observability capabilities and driving modernization initiatives.
