Role Summary: As the Senior HR Business Partner, you #39;ll be a vital member of both the Factory Leadership Team and the Factory Management Team. Driving the development and execution of the Site People Plan. From spearheading Leadership Development initiatives to navigating the Employee Relations landscape, your insights will fuel proactive plans, fostering improved employee engagement and a high-performance culture. Collaborating closely with union partners, you #39;ll champion inclusivity and engagement, ensuring our operations thrive. A bit about you: Extensive HR experience, within manufacturing, distribution or logistics, showcasing your business partnership expertise. A proven track record as an HRBP, adept in areas like Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Change. Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, driving best practices and compliance.
