This onsite roll has a rolling Shift pattern, working Monday ndash; Sunday (40 hours per week) The Customer Service Advisor role will put you in the centre of the hustle and bustle of a busy transport environment, selling tickets in and around Dublin airport and city, answering customer queries, guiding them to their location, and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are continually met. Proactive: you can proactively deliver exceptional customer service to all Dublin Express customers Comprehensive: you can quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our services and products, so you can provide detailed travel and ticket information to customers Ambassadors: you can act as a brand ambassador for the business at all times. When you are wearing our uniform you are the face of our brand Empowered: we trust and encourage you to use your initiative to resolve customer problems, ensuring a positive outcome is achieved Collaborator: you are confident working with colleagues across the business to act as the voice of the customer, championing common issues, helping the business to improve What you #39;ll do... Deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times, taking a proactive and positive approach to ensure customer satisfaction Sell tickets and add-on products to customers, and provide them with guidance and information as required Use a proactive approach to make travel arrangements for our customers in the event of delays or service disruption Effectively and accurately communicate information to customers and liaise with colleagues throughout the business regarding service updates and disruption Assisting drivers with boarding and helping with customer luggage Manage coach movements within the station and exceed our Health Safety standards What we #39;ll offer you...
