Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Spray Painter to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for applying industrial-quality paint finishes to various surfaces, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment. Please Note: Candidates must have experience with Polyurethane spraying to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces meticulously for painting, which includes filling, sanding, and cleaning tasks Accurately mix colours and paint with cathgalyst and thinners according to ratio and specific job requirements Operate HVLP spray systems and other painting equipment to apply finishes to various surfaces Maintain and service painting equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition and workspaces are clean Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and achieve high-quality results Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting client specificationsRequired Skills and Experience: At least five years of proven experience as a Professional Spray Painter, specifically with Polyurethane Proficient in using a variety of spray-painting equipment, including HVLP systems and Wagner pumps In-depth knowledge of different painting techniques and materials Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop environment Exceptional attention to detail with a strong work ethic and reliability Team player with the ability to also work independently as required Must have the right to work in the UKBenefits: Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Provision of uniform, safety equipment, and all necessary tools Opportunities for learning and advancement within the company A positive, inclusive, and friendly work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer: Painted LTD is an equal opportunity employer.
