Mechanical Quantity Surveyor- Limerick Competitive Salary + Car allowance + Package Our client is a leading engineering services contractor who is continuously expanding and is in need of a confident and experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor. The company is an expert in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection division and also offers first class services in Off Site Fabrication, Asset Management, Waste to Energy (BioEnergy), Specialist Lift, Technical Support Services, Maintenance, BIM and Geo-Surveying. Skills and Requirements * Relevant third level qualification essential ndash; Quantity Surveying / Engineering. * Minimum 4+ years rsquo; experience post qualification in a Mechanical contracting environment. * Experience working within the Life Sciences sector would be advantageous. * Strong technical ability and understanding Mechanical services essential. * Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team. * Experience in management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Facility to gain chartership status available in-house. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines is essential. * Good understanding of construction contracts methods of measurement. * Excellent Analytical IT Skills are essential. * Excellent communication and organisation skills essential Benefits: * Competitive salary package. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. * Work-life balance. * Training and development programs.
