Eningeering Shift Manager Food Manafacturing Up to GBP55000 4 on 4 off shift (days and nights - 12 hour) Want to put your Engineering skills to the test? Are you a skilled leader with a passion for precision and innovation? As an Engineer Shift Manager you #39;ll oversee operations in a cutting-edge engineering department, within a food FMCG environment. You will be responsible for minimise machinary downtime, improve performance, asset care programme, maintenance coordination and crisis incident manager. Salary: GBP55000 Benefits: bull; Six weeks holiday (including bank holidays) bull; Career progression and development opportunities bull; Market leading pension and life assurance bull; Healthcare/Well-being benefits including Aviva Digital GP bull; Enhanced Family/maternity/parental leave As well as the ability to work at pace, you will also need to have: bull; Qualifications to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical engineering, BTEC level 3 in mechanical electrical/electronic engineering) bull; Proven track record in an engineering fault-finding role gained from a FMCG environment (ideally food industry) bull; Proven track record of people management delivering strong results through a team in a people management role bull; Good understanding of HACCP principles ideally IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations Key Responsibilities: bull; Coordinate and lead a dedicated team of engineers during shifted hours bull; Ensure seamless production processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise bull; Implement and maintain safety protocols to uphold a safe and secure working environment bull; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise efficiency and quality standards This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently leading a team and is wanting to progress their career!
