Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to the academic, social, and emotional development of all students. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure the holistic well-being of students. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the ongoing assessment and review process. Maintain regular communication with parents, carers, and external agencies as necessary to support student progress. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Previous experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is required. Strong understanding of SEND strategies, interventions, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
