This is an onboarding role with no cold calling - all leads are referrals and the expected conversion rate is 70%! For the role of Inbound Sales Advisor, you will receive: A basic salary of GBP32,000 An uncapped commission structure and OTE of GBP50,000 Qualifications paid for by the company 23 days per year holiday plus 1 extra day per year of service!
