Provide personalised assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), implementing established programs, adhering to specific guidelines, and encouraging independent learning. Establish effective communication and cooperation among teachers, parents, and colleagues to strengthen the connection between the school and home. Under the teacher #39;s guidance, actively observe, assess, aid and document students #39; work, and contribute to the implementation of behaviour management strategies consistent with school policies.
