As a Quality Engineer, you will; Ensure quality in all processes. Develop, implement, and monitor effective quality assurance processes. Review specifications for products and processes. Use continuous improvement techniques for maximum assembly opportunities. Manage non-conformances through effective root cause analysis. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Quality Processes. Conduct internal and external audits, reporting non-compliance. Provide proactive support on product quality to production teams. Represent customer interests at all times. Use the following skills and techniques to ensure quality: RCAI, ICA, 8D, PPAP, DFMEA, SixSigma, Control plans, Auditing.Requirements: HNC Qualified Experience in the following quality tools: RCAI, ICA, 8D, PPAP, DFMEA, Control plans, Auditing. Six Sigma Trained (Green belt minimum) ISO9001 Knowledge. Previous quality experience from Manufacturing.Desirable: Experience of working with welding fabrication and assembly. Knowledge of ISO14001, 45001. Familiarity with Defence industry assembly/manufacturing.
