Personal Assistant Hastings (good transport links) Temporary role GBP DOE Start date Monday 22nd April! Are you an immediately available, experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new role? Look no further! Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Personal Assistant on a temporary basis for our client based in Hastings. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for a permanent position! You will be primarily supporting the CEO but also supporting 3 busy Executives as and when required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA/EA at CEO level. Personal Assistant duties include: Providing pivotal administrative support to the CEO and 3 Executives. Diary management, scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements. Inbox management. Collating board papers. Conducting research prior to meetings and preparing agendas. Any other general administrative duties as and when required. To be considered for the Personal Assistant role, you must have/be: Previous experience in a PA/EA role supporting at CEO/Executive level. Immediately available! My client is looking for somebody to start on Monday 22nd April. Excellent administrative skills and competent using Microsoft packages. Meticulous attention to detail.
