SKILLS REQUIRED middot;Excellent customer service skills middot;Excellent communications skills both written and verbal middot;Strong attention to detail middot;Ability to work well under pressure and enjoy being in a fast paced environment middot;Competent with MS packages, mainly Word and Excel middot;If you have worked within the Financial Services Industry this would be a great benefit RESPONSIBILITIES - Provided a superb service to your clients - mainly via telephone correspondence -Deal with a high volume of incoming queries. -Resolve customer complaints and escalate where necessary. -Run through security questions with all clients. - Compile reports for Team Leader. - Make amendments to policies and ensure new client information Is kept up to date. - Ensuring you are compliant at all times and adhere to all security measures.
