Senior residential care worker

We are looking to appoint Senior Residential Care Workers at our exciting new home, to work closely with the young individuals in our care, helping them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best. Successful candidates will have a great character and a strong desire to make a positive impact on young people rsquo;s lives. Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate; * A patient, caring, compassionate and child-centred approach. * Excellent observation skills and the ability to problem solve and think creatively to enable our children and young people to reach their full potential. * Emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in challenging situations.
