You will be an IT Help Desk Support professional with adept customer service skills to manage client expectations, handle tier 2 (remote support) calls, and efficiently resolve support cases, ensuring the continued effectiveness of client systems and enhancing our client #39;s reputation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain exemplary customer service standards. Take proactive ownership of user problems and log all calls promptly. Efficiently coordinate with field engineers and various departments. Required Skills Experience: Basic OS knowledge (Windows/Mac), networking, TCP/IP protocols. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Remote Device Management, Office/Microsoft 365, and PC System Build. Desired Skills: Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and AV systems.
