Office Operations IT Administrator - GBP19.81-GBP25.92 per hour ndash; 12months ndash; Gaydon As an Office Operations Specialist, you will be playing an active role in driving workstreams within the business management team to make a measurable impact on departments excellence. Your responsibilities will involve providing Business Support, and support Business Operations. Duties are to support events, planning and execution, access relevant document retention portals and restricted software licences, review accurate and clear reporting of all data, procurement focal point for all new asset requests. Office Stock monitoring (IT equipment, desks, lockers, chairs etc). Support the IT teams hardware and software audits required. New starter onboarding planned leaver offboarding equipment coordination. Planning for resource moves for co-location. Office move delivery ensuring all IT has the correct set up for post move. Candidates will good customer service background with working knowledge of IT hardware and software, knowledge of DSE connectivity end user requirements, project delivery, experience of security control for access to relevant document retention portals restricted software licences.
