Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer Stockport GBP40,000 - GBP42,000 + Van + Fuel Card + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH Your new company * One of the largest Facilities Management Technical Services provider. Your new role * Working in a mobile multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, covering a portfolio of retail sites across Stockport and South Manchester, Stoke-On-Trent and 2 sites in North Wales. * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances. * Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, light replacements, light maintenance, filter changes and cleaning on AHU #39;s, water hygiene, flushing, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties. * You will be liasing with clients and stakeholders at different levels daily. What you #39;ll need to succeed * The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications ndash; Level 3 17th or 18th edition. * Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. * Strong communication skills. * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
