My local authority client based in Nottinghamshire is currently looking to bring on an interim technical officer for an initial 6-month contract. The role is paying GBP40 per hour. Duties of the role: - To carry out stock condition surveys. - To liaise with contractors, ensuring the council stock is maintained to a good standard. - To produce specifications for works and manage through to completion.
