Assistant site manager

ACR have an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK rsquo;s largest house builders. The Northern Home Counties division is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join the region. The Role The role of Assistant Site Manager, reports to the Site Manager and assists with the responsibility for managing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient and cost effective works at all times, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service are delivered within the given timescales. You will be based on a traditional build development within the Milton Keynes area. The ideal candidate will have experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager with a high volume residential house builder. Effectively managing teams, up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.
