Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include: Cost Management: Accurately estimating and managing project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget. Contract Administration: Administering contracts and managing contract variations, claims, and disputes. Procurement: Overseeing procurement processes and supplier/subcontractor selection. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks. Reporting: Providing timely and accurate financial reports to project stakeholders. Cost Control: Implementing cost control measures and cost forecasting throughout the project life cycle. Client Relationships: Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in fit-out projects. Proven ability to manage project finances, contracts, and procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in industry software (e.g., CostX, Procore, Bluebeam). Excellent attention to detail and analytic skills.
