CARE ASSISTANT FOR RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ( 6 MONTH UK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) At Heritage Care Recruitment we are seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to join our team at Edinburgh in a residential service. As care assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities - Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities - Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills - Help individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and social activities - Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines - Document and report any changes in individual #39;s behaviour or health status - Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized support plans - Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals at all times Qualifications: - Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient demeaner - Reliable and punctual attendance REQUIREMENTS PVG A minimum of 6 month UK experience is required.
