With a track record of delivering excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Vehicle Prepper to join their team. As a Vehicle Prepper, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning for the painting process in the Bodyshop. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that vehicles are correctly / accurately prepped and primed, ready for the refinishing process to restore vehicles to the pre-accident condition. As a Vehicle Prepper, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * Performing repairs on the vehicle rsquo;s surfaces which include repairing dents, sanding and smoothing to a seamless finish * Responsible for the sanding and masking cars and panels in preparation for paint in align with the specification and procedures * Preparing clean panels * Taking clear images of the vehicle * Engaging in teamwork to maintain timely repair completion As a Vehicle Prepper, you will have: * Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper * Level 3 Qualified (Preferable) * ATA Qualified (Preferable) Flexible Working Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 7AM ndash; 4PM (1 hour break deduction) Or * Monday to Friday: 8AM ndash; 5PM (1 hour break deduction) * Overtime available Benefits: * Competitive salary * Standard holiday allowance of 28 days per year (this is inclusive of Bank Holidays) * Standard pension allowance If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
