Senior quantity surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Central London main contractor working on premium projects in Mayfair. Quantity Surveyors will be working on 5* Hotels, Private Members Clubs and High Value Residential projects. Quantity Surveyors will need to have new build and cut carve experience and be able to operate as a stand alone Quantity Surevyor. Quantity surveyors will need to have JCT Traditional contract experience as well as Amended D B Contract experience. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for procurement, tender returns, variations and placing orders. Quantity Surveyors will be responsible for managing up to 2 project quantity surveyors.
