Customer service executive

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive in Wokingham. Working days: Monday - Friday Duration: 3 Months Minimum Hours: Full time Pay rate: GBP13ph Duties include but are not limited to: Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Managing customer accounts, processing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery Providing Quotations Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the internal database The ideal candidate will have/be: Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite A positive and enthusiastic attitude Whilst working via Office Angels you #39;ll receive: Weekly pay! 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays BOOST benefits portal with shopping discounts and utilities/restaurant/cinema vouchers!
