Air conditioning engineer

An established national Mechanical Electrical Engineering and Facilities Services provider Job Details Air Conditioning / Refigeration Engineer to carry out fault finding and PPM of all Air Conditioning and Ventilation equipment associated with commercial buildings / premises on a mobile basis in the Devon area. To undertake the day to day operation, planned maintenance, fault finding, rectification and repair of the complete spectrum of services found in a building associated with Ventilation and Air Conditioning: split and multi split systems, VRV #39;s, AHU #39;s etc. To clearly identify and record concise details when rectifying break-downs and further action required to eliminate or minimise future problems. To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical information. To participate in an on-call rota Candidates are required to be time served / apprenticed within a relevant mechanical / air conditioning discipline C G / NVQ in Ventilation and / or Air Conditioning City and Guilds F-Gas Certificate Basic competence in Electrical and Controls systems associated with Mechanical Services.
