As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of teachers. Excellent Communication Skills - The ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive and conducive learning environment. Adaptability - Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and year groups, providing cover as required. Strong Classroom Management - The capability to manage classroom behaviour and ensure that students remain focused and engaged in their learning. Resilience - The capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling unexpected situations with confidence and professionalism. Team Player - A collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education to our students. What we require: Minimum Qualifications - Previous experience working in a school setting or with young people is desirable. Enhanced DBS Check - All successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Availability - The ability to work on a flexible basis, covering for absent teachers as and when required. Professionalism - A professional attitude and appearance, adhering to the school #39;s policies and procedures at all times.
