Maintenance engineer

We are currently assisting a Leading Global Engineering organisations based in North-West, we are assisting in their search for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer ndash; Mechanically Biased to join the already Established Maintenance team. This multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role is commutable from the following locations: Preston / Burnley / Blackburn / Blackpool Benefits the multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer will receive: * Salary: GBP38.196.10 * Pension: 6% employer ndash; 6% employee * Life assurance x3 * 25 + 8 days * Employee Assistance program * Free Parking Electric Charging points. * Training Progression opportunities Shifts: Double Days ndash; 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm ndash; Monday to Friday Responsibilities Requirements: 1. Reacting to breakdowns mechanical and electrical 2. Looking for Multi-skilled Split ndash; Mechanically biased ndash; Roughly 60/40 Split. 3. Experienced with: Hydraulics Pneumatics / Gearboxes / Conveyor systems and Lifting equipment. 4. Electrical requirements: Fault finding abilities with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC rsquo;s, Motors, and Drives ndash; AC DC ndash; Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings. 5. Ideally you will hold experience within a Heavy Engineering Plant ndash; Manufacturing Plant. 6. Keeping accurate records of activities and stores requisitions 7. Completing planned maintenance activities and installations 8. Supporting business projects when required 9. Attending meetings when require 10. Must be Apprentice trained. 11. Ideally holding a BTEC ndash; ONC / HNC / NVQ Leve 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering Please Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
