As a leader in the industry, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts and Finance Head to join our team and drive financial success. Position: Accounts and Finance Head Type: Permanent, Full-time Location: Washington Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 ndash; 17:00 Salary: GBP33,(Apply online only) - GBP45,(Apply online only) (depending on experience) Benefits: 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Free on-site parking Pension scheme in line with government guidelines Responsibilities: As the Accounts and Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Preparation of monthly Profit Loss reports and other management reports Recording all expenses and maintaining accurate bookkeeping entries Compliance with reporting requirements to authorities, including VAT, TAX, and Pensions Managing bank connections, reconciliations, and postings Control and processing of salaries and payments Budget preparation, expenses control, and payments to suppliers Collection of payments from customers and monitoring of cash flow Costing analysis and preparation of costing reports Monthly profitability and inventory value calculation Credit card management and reconciliation Preparation of audit materials and annual financial statements Yearly tax reporting and management of projected cash flow Qualifications: AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4 or equivalent Why Join Us: Joining our team offers you the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your expertise will make a significant impact on the success of our organization.
