Commercial Administrator Alecto Recruitment is working on behalf of our client who is recruiting for a Commercial Administrator. Our client is a UK leading Multi Utility contractor, specialising in Gas, Water, Electricity and EV Connections. Due to their continued growth, they are recruiting for a commercial administrator. Overall purpose of the role: To work within our commercial team to support and ensure compliance with systems, processes and procedures Support with the maintenance of records, schedules and trackers kept by the commercial team for use in supporting variations and recording changes Support the commercial team in ensuring cost capture processes are complied with Raising invoices with clients and support the team with debt chasing Assist in providing cost / commercial information Requirements: Basic commercial and financial acumen Good working knowledge of microsoft excel and word Ability to manage own workload Organised and professional Any experience in raising invoices with clients and supporting the team with credit control Salary: GBP22880 - GBP25000 Benefits include: cashback plans including eye care, dental and prescriptions Gym, Fitness and retail discounts
