Telesales executive

As a Telesales Executive you will be an integral part of their dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base through proactive outbound sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients over the phone. Key Tasks: middot; Making between 70-100 outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services. middot; Identify and Qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening. middot; Engage with decision makers to understand their business needs and pain points, and position our solutions accordingly. middot; Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. middot; Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. middot; Follow up on all leads and enquiries in a timely professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.. What rsquo;s in it for you? middot; Competitive base salary of GBP22,000 to GBP26,000 with uncapped OTE potential exceeding GBP40,000 - great earning potential! middot; Fulltime position, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
