The Opportunity We are looking for somebody with a positive, energetic and can do attitude to join our experienced and energetic team! If you are currently a Project Administrator with at least 2 years rsquo; experience within the Construction Industry please keep reading hellip;. In the role you will be a pivotal member of the projects team and will have a focus on the administrative needs of the Project Managers and the projects. You should possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Tasks Responsibilities * Providing full administrative support to Project Managers * Data entry and management of various spreadsheets * Responsible for the creation and collation of project documents i.e. O M Manuals and Technical Submissions * Resource allocation (raising, scheduling, costing, closing of jobs for projects) * Administrative control of Project Management Software * Document controller for Projects Department * Record and control field staff overtime, expenses and timesheets * Assist with reporting and monitoring of project budgets * Assist with purchasing requirements for projects Skills and Personal Attributes * Previous working experience in Project Administration * Previous working experience in the Construction Industry * Proficient with various IT software packages, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) * Experience of working as part of a team * Experience in use of CAD software an advantage * Excellent organisational and scheduling skills * Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn * Professional and presentable with a friendly personality The Package Salary - GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum Hours of work - 40 hours per week, office based - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Northolt, Middlesex) Holidays - 20 days per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years) plus 8 Bank holidays Comprehensive Company health insurance Company laptop Statutory Company Pension
