Dispute resolution paralegal

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dispute Resolution/Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team in Yeovil, Somerset. This would be an ideal role for a Law Graduate with some previous experience of working within a law firm and litigation. Education Professional Qualifications required: bull; Minimum of 5 GCSEs A ndash; C (Grades 4 and above) bull; A Levels preferred bull; Law Degree advantageous Professional Experience required: bull; Administration / office experience required bull; Previous experience of working in a law firm preferred bull; Litigation knowledge advantageous Personal Skills Qualities: bull; Polite and confident telephone manner bull; Excellent client care / customer service skills bull; A genuine interest in Law bull; Friendly and helpful team player bull; Well organised with ability to prioritise workload bull; A good level of spoken and written communication skills bull; Ability to work accurately with good attention to detail bull; Able to use all Microsoft Office packages with good typing skills bull; Motivated independent worker bull; Good time management bull; Drive to learn and expand legal knowledge Summary of the role: bull; Dealing with new enquires bull; Dealing with file openings including AML checks and ensuring all information is inputted into case management system (Liberate) and ensuring monies paid on account bull; Handling accounts matters on client files, invoicing and funds transfers bull; Ensuring files are closed regularly and sent to deeds storage bull; Covering reception as/when required bull; General administrative support to the Litigation department bull; Photocopying, filing, archiving bull; Fee earner support bull; Managing correspondence out and in with clients bull; Typing of letters, documents and forms Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.
