Mobile Installation Engineer - Telematics/Vehicle CCTV Wakefield GBP30,000 - GBP32.000 Permament The position requires a confident Engineer who can work to a high standard and on their own initiative and also work as part of a team. Ideally, you will have extensive experience in the installation of vehicle telematics, camera and data systems. Salary: * GBP30,000 to GBP32,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + overtime and bonus with potential to earn in excess of GBP40,000 per annum. Your duties will include the installation and maintenance of the following across various types of vehicles: * Telematics Installations * MDVR Vehicle CCTV installations * Vehicle Safety Equipment * Visual Warning Equipment * Sensors and Radar installations Responsibilities: * Attending service and installations within our agreed timescales * Good working knowledge of Telematics and other ancillary equipment * Proficient using a Phone/iPad to report and capture document and installation data * The ability to fault find and identify the root cause of any technical issues * Skills in a field-based customer service environment * The use of digital multi-meters and testing equipment * Current legislation relating to vehicle installations and industry Standards.
