They offer high levels of service to their valued customers, boasting impressive training plans for their employees with continuous investment in qualifications and career development Our client is investing GBP10k per year in each of his engineers to increase their knowledge in the Fire and Security industry Responsibilities of a Fire and Security Engineer * To complete Service, Remedial Works and Call Outs * Covering Northampton, Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Cambridge, Oxford, Coventry and Leicester * To be a part of the out of hours call out rota of 1 in 5 weeks, however as a business there are only several call outs per month We have an option of roles available depending on level of experience, we rsquo;re able to offer a hybrid role where you can work a of couple days in the office overseeing engineers, schedulers and producing quotations, this naturally will progress into a full time management role We rsquo;re also considering engineers with a good solid several years experience that would like further development however initially will solely be field based Additional package details: * GBP15 per day standby rates, plus overtime rates at door to door * Company van with personal use * 28 days holiday If you #39;re ready to join a dynamic team committed to your professional growth and success, apply now
