Stock Controller We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing business as a Stock Purchaser. This part-time position offers flexible working hours that are perfect for those who require a work schedule within school hours. The successful candidate will have experience in a stock purchasing and procurement role, as well as proficiency in inventory management systems. Stock Purchaser Main Duties * Manage the purchasing process for stock and materials required for manufacturing operations * Maintain meticulous records and manage stock levels to ensure seamless event execution * Source and purchase high-quality stock to meet the specific requirements of our diverse range of events * Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability * Collaborate with internal departments to forecast stock needs and plan procurement activities * Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock levels * Analyse data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock purchasing and procurement Stock Purchaser Requirements: * Proven experience in a stock purchasing and procurement role * Proficiency in inventory management systems * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively * Own transport is essential due to the location of our facility Benefits * Employee discount * Free on site parking * Store discount * Hours: Part-Time, 9am-3pm Monday to Friday (Ideal within school hours) If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for stock purchasing and procurement, we would love to hear from you Please send an email with your CV to apply or call Noemi on (phone number removed), we are looking forward to hearing from you.
