Responsibilities include: -Driving the team towards achieving the annual target of GBP500,000 for 2024. -Conducting annual reviews and monthly performance assessments. -Overseeing recruitment processes. -Establishing performance benchmarks. -Weekly meetings with the owner for comprehensive review.
